Well, our problem is not fixed yet but not to blame heat pro. they did the best they could do on their end. Now we need an electrician. Will call again if we need any hvac assistance.

These guys are great! Came out after hours to help me with an issue that was somewhat time sensitive with no questions asked. Diagnosed the issue quickly and had it remedied even quicker. Boiler's been working great ever since.
I can't recommend Heat Pro more and will be sure to use them for all maintenance and repair in the future.

Got my split unit installed by Heat Pro. They were knowledgeable and honest. Helped filing rebate paperwork for Mass saves and gave clear direction for warranty too. Had a leak issue same day after the install but they came back same day and took care of it.

The 2 service men showed up. I informed them of my issue.They started with a screwdriver and bent my duct work instead of taking off the screws. I honestly should of stopped them at that point.

Lastly he claims I needed a new furnace but my A/C was ok. I advised him of water coming out from the bottom of my unit. He looked befuddled. He checked the A/C and he claimed it was fine. There’s still water pouring out from the bottom of the unit. He claims it was from being possibly frozen inside the unit.

I will be going with a second opinion as I didn’t get the impression the technician seem unsure of himself. He also advised me I would get a quote for a new furnace. That never happened. My duct work is all bent. Not impressed.

Sorry, I wouldn’t recommend this company. The receptionist was nice at least.

Super friendly hard working guys who knows what they are doing. They took their time to make sure that our system was installed properly. I highly recommend them if your looking for either a new heating system or cooling system.

Had my Air Handlers down. Techs came in and methodically diagnosed and repaired the two separate issues. Fantastic service and very professional and friendly. Highly recommended. Found my new service provider.
