No, you will not see me as a customer in your system because the woman who answered the phone stated, in a condescending tone, "You do not order enough from us to have an account here". I don't need oil that much so why would I order it when I don't need to? Everyone is struggling right now financially and to be degraded and put down by an employee is absolutely unprofessional
My husband and I have been customers of Noonan for almost 4 years now, and they have been nothing other than amazing and reliable. Whenever I request a delivery, they are promptly at our house within 12 hours. I’ve had a few calls with the office, too, just based on questions I had or requesting service for our boiler, and everyone I’ve spoken with has always been extremely friendly and helpful. Best oil company in the area! And now they offer electrical and plumbing services, which makes me very happy to know that I can rely on them for even more!

I have been receiving deliveries from Noonan since I purchased my home in 2014. The customer service is amazing!! As well, I have used them for cleaning the furnace annually and some repairs to a baseboard. The technicians have been on time, explain what they are doing and don't leave a mess behind.
One star because I can’t give zero. First I was supposed to have a delivery on a Friday while no one was home. Easy I tape a check to the back door and they deliver. Nope I get home Saturday without oil, checks still there and no one called to let us know. There’s the first problem. Now I’m without heat for the weekend. I call back and try and get them to redeliver and go through the same steps as the first time. They get here and go to the front door (wrong). He almost left before we could get him. Then he says we have to pay cash only because I use my original bank still from NY so they wouldn’t take a check, second problem. It wasn’t an issue the last time we got a fill up so I’m not sure why it is now. And maybe they should have told us over the phone they needed cash? Long story short still need oil and going with a different company this ones not worth the hassle.
I have been using Noonan for over a decade and I only have praise for them. I have had emergency calls answered promptly and have their service personnel were able to resolve the issues effectively. Their customer service is excelent I have nothing but praise for Deb.
Very helpful, reliable and knowledgeable staff. When my mother-in-law's furnace broke in the winter, she called her regular oil company and Was told that they could not get out to repair it for 3 days. Her family called Noonan's and they sent out a repair man immediately-even though the home was not their customer. Needless to say Noonan energy gained a new customer that day.
Just bought my house and the very next day our furnace wasn't working. I called noonan in a panic and they quickly set up an account for me and had a tech out within a couple hours. He explained everything to me. I was so satisfied. They will be doing all of my services from now on.
They apparently don't like to keep customers who use other fuel sourxes to heat their homes. We go back and forth in my home, between oil and pellet stove, whichever is more cost effective at the time so I hadnt bought oil in over a year. I called for a tune up and oil, they said I was no longer a customer. I never realized there was a contract between us! They apparently make too much money and have too many customers already. That's no way to do business and in my home town at that. I will never go to them again.
