Al's Oil Service

To date our relationship with Al's goes back to the time when oil was 89 cents a gallon! NEVER had an issue, responsive and realistic about meeting their commitments to our family. Pricing has also been realistic. I would recommend them highly! Good people too.

I have used Al's Oil for the past 9 years. Never had a problem with service calls. I dont know what's going on now. I called almost an hour ago and can't even seem to get a call back from the "on call" dispatch. I'm loosing faith in getting my problem fixed today!

I must correct myself! Even though it took over an hour to get a call back and the same for the service to take place, the person showing up was very professional and knowledgeable. Thankfully he was able to solve our problem. Thank you

Horrible costumer service. Scheduled for a tech to deliver oil and restart my boiler after running out of oil. They delivered the oil, never knocked on the door or rang the bell and left. When I contacted the company they told me no one was home so they left and would not be coming back, then told me to deal with the boiler myself. When I told them my roommate saw them outside and there was definitely no knock or doorbell ring, I was told it was still our fault for not going outside. I’ve worked with this company for over 4 years and this will be the last time I do business with them. This was the first time I made the mistake of letting the oil run out, so never had a reason to complain before. I wish I had know how they treat their costumers before, so I could’ve brought my business elsewhere sooner.

I have no complains about Al's oil service. They work with you on a payment plan, always return calls quickly, and every time I have a service tech out they are friendly and helpful. I would recommend this oil company to anyone. thanks Al's Oil !

Ideally no stars from us but that was not an option. We WERE new customers. Were told we could only get a delivery when the tank was down to a quarter full. Fair enough. That day came. Scheduled delivery Day 1, it snowed overnight, the oil truck came early and left before I could rush downstairs to speak with the driver. Fair enough, it snowed -- in New England, of all places --but why come before people have had a chance to clear their drives? Rescheduled to day 4 (the next available delivery date). No one came -- called and said we were not "on the schedule" for a delivery. Why not? That's what the very rude person at the company had assured us on the phone on Day 1 before she hung upon me. Rescheduled for Day 5. No one came. Called up and was told -- -- by the same or another rude person -- that I was not on the schedule and anyway there were no trucks in my area. Reschedule for Day 6? At this time we were running on fumes -- meter on Empty. Asked for emergency delivery. Told to go down and get our own oil 5 gallons at a time (in what, my hat?) (they said yes). Decided to part ways. Called to tell them so, asking them to please not put me on hold this time -- which they did about twice per call on average (long holds), as I had a only had one thing to say. I said I want to quit. They said you have to do that in writing. So I emailed them giving them notice and asked for return receipt of the message. Of course they never acknowledged receiving it. These guys are rude, impatient, and too busy. DON'T GO WITH AL'S OIL.

Al's oil was there when I needed them! When my power venter stopped working unexpectedly and needed to be replaced, Dave Lambert came through for me, in more ways than one. He knew exactly what needed to be done and sent his repairmen to do the job. They stood outside in the freezing cold in 4 feet of snow drifts to make sure my family and I had heat. As a single mother with health issues, Als oil is a saving grace! Very professional, trustworthy and dependable

Great company with great customer service! I’ve been a customer for eight years now. They are super prompt with oil deliveries, and their service team was here within an hour of my call to fix our oil furnace!

The heating in my house stopped to work at night. I called emergency service. I was upset at the beginning that I didn't get response that night. On 2nd day, Al's oil sent technician Billy to check the heating system. He not only found the cause quickly but also provided very detail explanation on what issue was and how whole system worked. We were truly impressed by his knowlege and skill on this area. Thank you very much Billy!
