First time I ordered oil from them they needed to inspect the oil tank was told it would only be 1 time due to the fact I am a new customer okay no problem they inspected and filled everything was good to go.then I went to order oil the following month and the lady was so rude told me I had to get it inspected again and I asked why like anyone would Cuz now I have to be sure to be home not to mention having snow and rain getting tracked in through my house she said it doesn't matter why of course it does matter I want to know so she said they never recorded the inspection in there book.they can't fill your tank unless inspected due to insurance reasons so obviously it was inspected or else they wouldn't of been able to fill the tank..so I asked for her name so I could make a complaint she refused to give it to me and hung up..will never do buisness there again I'll stick with quality oil!!!! And I will be reporting this to there insurance company...

Horrible customer service!! I do not recommend this company to anyone looking for oil delivery. Too many good oil companies out there with etra attention to loyal customers to deal with rude, unprofessional people that have no loyalty to the customer. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!!!
