They will not participate in programs that help people. why I was a customer for 40 years since new owners it’s been down hill . The program does pay for the oil.

I had an AC refrigerant leak in the middle of the summer, on a newly installed system (done by someone else). They got a technician out immediately even though it was a busy time of the year for them. The technician did great work and helped me troubleshoot it (including recommending a course of action that likely wasn't the most profitable for them, which I respect). Afterwards I had to call to get a receipt sent as I had lost my original copy, and they were very friendly and accommodating again. I highly recommend them!

After using this company for years, this is the final straw. Woman who answers the phone is incredible rude. She basically berated me on the phone. Not to mention of of their guys threatened to sue me if he got injured?? I appreciate the other two men who have given me great service but after this last time, I’m done.

The only honest and professional hvac guys around!!!! I searched for 5 months to find an hvac shop that would be willing to replace just the motor and fan in the blower unit. Every other shop we’re incessant with their “mansplaining” about the entire unit and condenser had to be replaced with quotes of 6k to 15k!!!!!! Brodeur and Sons were the only hvac guys who didn’t do that. One shop told me to get appliance warranty. I got one with choice home warranty - complete crooks!!!! They made up all sorts of reasons and reported absolute inaccurate and false report to declare that they couldn’t fix the problem. Unbelievable. So many crooks out there. Brodeur and Sons are the best.

I had emergency! My oil furnace shut down in the cold day. I called them for the first time. Lady answered was very nice and less then 30 minutes John aka (Joãozinho) showed up. He was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Within 2 hours he had it running like new. reasonable prices.

First off. DO NOT SEND ANYONE YOU LOVE OR CARE ABOUT TO THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL BIRATE YOU VIA PHONE.
Unfortunately this company was recommended by one of my neighbors (obviously he hasn't checked their existing reviews), so I gave them a call. Boyyyyy was my neighbor mistaken.
Wow. I'm not sure I even have words to describe the hostility I just endured. I called the place last night and left a message with a very nice man letting him know I needed service for our boiler. He gave me pricing and informed me that someone would call me in the morning to schedule an appointment. Well the woman I spoke with this morning was a NIGHTMARE. She started literally SCREAMING at me during the call. So much so, that I actually had to stop her and correct her unruly and very inappropriate behavior. I had said to her while she was yelling "ma'am, listen to yourself. You are YELLING at a customer. Please calm down and correct your behavior. This is inappropriate."
When she didn't stop being aggressive and chose to continue in the same tone and manner, I then just asked that she please just make the appointment so that we can move on from this. I made the mistake of informing her that I'd be calling back later today to file a complaint regarding her behavior. At that point she completely lost it on me, demanded to know who I'd be calling and reporting her to and then told me that her company was now unable to service me and that they wouldn't be able to assist us. She called back five minutes later and said the same thing "yeah... we're not going to be able to service you. Have a nice day!"
Most awful customer service I have ever experienced. Again I repeat, do not recommend this company to ANYONE you CARE about or LOVE. Unless you want to run the risk of them being birated, treated poorly and literally YELLED at while trying to request service. I say this because I was calling on my 83 year old grandfather's behalf as I normally do. But if he were the one to call, I would hate for him to be treated as poorly as I was.
I'm still shocked at the way I was treated by her, honestly. But luckily I called around a few other places and found an excellent company. This new company I called was super nice on the phone, really educated in their trade and even shared tips about maintenance over the phone. They had excellent customer service, great reviews, competitive pricing, and were recommended. Their reviews are great too! And they'll be servicing our boiler today! So glad I called this new place vs. Brodeur & Sons Inc.
Do not go to them for anything.

Just had my apartment changed from oil to gas heating. They redid all the duck work and made sure everything was insulated and sealed properly. The guys doing the work were always very polite and nice. My son talked to them through the vents constantly and they were great about it.

Was having issues getting my central heating and air to come on, after an hour of them tampering with wires I went to go see what was the prognosis and the technician already started installing parts that he explained to me were $300 each I don't know what the parts were he did know the exact problem and said that his labor on top of it was real expensive and would be at least $900! I tried to remain cool but asked when were you gonna discuss the issue , I told him to put everything back the way it was and screw, $100 bucks later my problem was not fixed! Thanx for nothing jerk! Idk how the company is still in business

I recently paid $300 for AC repair service. Two days later the same problem persisted. They came back and added a part that they should have detected the first time. I asked for the price and was told "about $95 for the part." I stated that I wanted an exact price and requested to have the model number of the part that was added. The part only costs $14 online. Highly fraudulent! I do not recommend their services to anyone.

Ran out of oil on a Sunday morning and called them. They called me back right away and rather than taking advantage of my situation (with $$ fees for special delivery) they offered a temp. solution that I was able to do myself and get through until the next day with heat.
