I had an appointment with Jonathan on Tuesday, 11 April 2023 to evaluate my air conditioner air handler. Jonathan arrived at precisely 2:30 PM. He provided a comprehensive evaluation of the air handler and determined that it was in a condition appropriate to its age. He found a leak in a connection that was allowing conditioned air to enter the insulating jacket causing water to form from condensation. Jonathan repaired the leak. Jonathan provided me with a clear description of the components of the air handler, their function, and condition. Jonathan was very professional and polite during the entire visit. The cost for this service was much less than I expected which was a very pleasant surprise. I have not had very good luck with air conditioner contractors in the past for service and especially cost. I finally have someone that I will go to in the future for all my air conditioner needs and would recommend him to anyone who is looking for someone who provide them with excellent service at a fair price.
