We knew we were on borrowed time with our 25+ year furnace and AC condenser. It started to blow cold air and smell like burnt hair. Russ's team came within a week to give us an estimate. I'm impressed by their prompt service and attention to detail. Our house is warm and safe again! I wouldn't trust anyone else to do this job as successfully as this team

My 22 year old furnace died and I called Specialized Heating as they were my servicer. They immediately scheduled the new installation. They were careful with my floors, prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. can't believe how quickly it went. Don't waste your time and money elsewhere, call Crystal (so sweet) and she'll take care of you!

There aren't enough great things I can say about this company. Our boiler crapped the bed 1 year after buying the house in 2014. Called Specialized, they replaced everything in a day or two. Don't have a lot of issues with our furnace now but when we do they come right out within the day. I've never seen a company take such good care of their customers. I'd give it 10 starts if I could.

My furnace wasn't working at all. Russell came out and installed a great heating and ac system within 2 days. Nice and warmer than I've been before.

As usual specialized exceeds my expectations!! My central ac unit died at the height of the heatwave one phone call later Matt arrived and the unit was repaired and back up running in minutes! Thanks for everything and keep doing what you do! Don’t hesitate to call these guys you won’t be disappointed.

We had a serious problem with our boiler/heating system. Had a couple of companies come out and try to find the issue. Finally! Specialized Heating & Air Conditioning figured it out - QUICKLY! Highly recommend them!
