My gas boiler stopped working in the middle of the night. Cooper responded first thing in the morning. They repaired my boiler and had the heat back up and running in a couple hours. Their tech Matt was very professional and explained exactly what was wrong and how he fixed it. I highly recommend Cooper Lane.

They did an outstanding job installing my mini-splits. They were professional, conscientious and prompt. They communicated very well and were accommodating. More email scheduling confirmations would have been great, but other than that, they were 10 out of 10. Highly recommended!!

Great service and very professional. Extremely accommodating in a pinch - I first called him a few days before a big storm was forecast because our heating system (which had slowly been getting worse) abruptly stopped heating almost altogether. He came by the same day to look at it, clearly after he would normally have finished for the day, and in <1 hour he had it working again and some recommendations for future service. We've since had him come back twice to maintain / fix system issues. Prices are fair, and I've never felt he was trying to sell me services I didn't need. His work has been excellent and he's a pleasure to work with.
