David did a great job finding the appropriate unit for us. The Cooper Lane guys were on time, worked efficiently, and explained everything clearly. The utility room is now cleaner than before they worked there. We are very happy with the unit and will use Cooper Lane for our next project.

We LOST our heat and hot water first thing in the morning. Cooperlane was called in around 12 noon. By 6 pm we had everything restored. Dave was friendly, thorough, and explained in detail what the problem was. I would recommend him and his company to anyone.

I called Cooper Lane because the Mitsubishi specialist who had previously serviced my old heat pump could not figure out why it was sporadically working. David Cooper made quite a few trips to my house because he needed to test the unit when it was showing the error code. He told me to text him when it did, and he'd come right over. True to his word! He gave me a few options for possible repair or replacement. I ended up with a new heat pump, and he replaced wiring that wasn't right. My house feels significantly warmer now on a lower heat setting! It's great to have a reliable heating and cooling service like Cooper Lane in my address book.
