My furnace died on the coldest day of the year! My call to JW Heating was my second call today. The first call was to an company recommended by HomeAdvisor.com. That company charged me, came out to my house and told me I need to replace my furnace. That's when I called JW Heating. They came right out and the technician took the time to find the component that was failing. After replacing a $60.00 part; I was back up and running. Much cheaper than a new furnace. I recommend this company!

Josh is fabulous! First hot day and my brand new central air wouldn't start. Josh was over ON A SATURDAY within an hour swappin out the fuse. Josh is professional, loyal, and responsive. Highly recommend contacting JW Heating & AC for all your heat and A/C needs!!

Big shout out to Josh and his crew from J.W. Heating and AC. They somehow managed to install 4 mini split heat and AC pumps in my home and get them up and running in two days - instead of the three that he’d anticipated. I work from home, so the quicker the better for me. Josh stayed late to make sure all of my questions were answered, and I fully understood how to use them. They were on time both mornings. Polite, pleasant, respectful and professional. No messes left behind. No loud music or cursing on site. Fantastic communication. Totally professional outfit from top to bottom.
If you are considering putting in mini splits to augment or replace your heating/AC system, I cannot recommend this outfit more. Very impressed. I had looked at another company who quoted slightly lower, but only offered three mini splits. Josh knew how to give me 4 of them for not much more - and higher quality units than the competitor. Again - highly recommend.

We couldn't be happier with our decision to go with JW Heating and AC. The owner was personable, listened to my many questions and guided my husband and I through the process to make the decisions that were right for US based on needs and budget. Installation was efficient, workers professional and completed on time. So far the results have exceeded our expectations. As someone who works with contractors on a daily basis, I can attest the level of service from JW Heating & AC is a rarity and true testament of the advantages of going with a local company. We had a good experience with Josh at JW Heating and A/C. He honored an estimate that he'd given us a year prior on a replacement A/C unit. His guys were friendly and helpful. The job was done quickly and when he said it would be.

We had our furnace break overnight and called JW on Saturday morning of the Holiday week and Josh was quick to call back and get to our home within an hour. He solved the problem quickly and put up with our crazy dogs. Thank you so much - highly recommend!

Heading into the second evening of a heat wave (with 3 more scorchers in the forecast), my AC decided to stop working. Josh promptly responded to my distress call. He showed up when he said he would and got my AC working within 30 minutes! I will definitely call him in the future!

Well, apparently people are happy with JW Heating when things go well. In our case, they did not. We experienced a cascade of problems with our AC installation, a couple of which involved shoddy workmanship. I had to have workmen back to the house to fix issues 5 or 6 times, and each time it was like pulling teeth to get them out to address the problems. We still have a remaining issue, but I'm going to hire someone else to deal with it as I don't want anyone from JW Heating back in my house. This is one of the two worst experiences I have ever had with a contractor in 25 years of home ownership.

Impeccable Customer Service and Professionalism. Josh came to our home two hours after placing our call and replaced our Furnace Filter and High Limit Switch. Thank you so much for your efficiency, we sincerely appreciate it.

We had a very complicated job of adding a new system to a second floor addition, while repurposing our old system to service just the first floor. JW heating was very knowledgeable with extremely fast communications, estimates, service, and always addressed our concerns about this (unfortunately but understandably) expensive part of our renovation. JW had the best prices by far, and also service and expertise to match most expensive quote. He even made sure to help us with the Mass Save rebate paperwork.

Our experience is exactly what I would expect from a veteran-owned business. Top-notch! Thanks again!
