Everything you want out of a HVAC company. Quick response, good prices, excellent work. Josh and his crew are were all a pleasure to deal with. I've had experiences with a few HVAC companies in Metrowest, this has been by far the best, and I don't intend to use anyone else going forward.

Fishy sequence of heat failing events at our house since JW Heating & AC in Framingham MA diagnosed the heating unit. First he said it was the control board problem and he ordered that part. No contact at all and the technician one day suddenly showed up on the doorway. He said he tested everything okay and I paid him with a $700 check.

Two hours later, NO heat again.

We contacted the owner and let him know, and the technician showed up with another part, and charged us another $420. I refused to pay this time.

Became suspicious - how did you know what part was wrong without even looking? The owner gets extremely rough, when I ask this question and he just keeps asking for my credit card number.

The second invoice description says "tested system, found a shot in zone panel, changed zone panel" - But that's not how it went - They already KNEW without testing!

I will pay this now, but no more business with JW Heating & AC in Framingham, MA.

Met with Josh to go over installing a ductless heating and AC system and he was very professional, respectful and prompt with his responses. His crew did an amazing job with the installation!

Josh came and fixed our HVAC unit after I had tinkered with it and couldn’t get it working again (oops!). Josh came by and had it running again in 30 minutes. He was also able to come earlier than expected, which was great! Thanks Josh!

I have had josh do several jobs for our home. He has always been super professional and reasonable with his prices. He was always available when I needed him and showed up on time every time. His work is always done well and I will only use him for our HVAC needs.

I have personally used JW Heating and AC for years and can tell you they will be there when you need them and take good care of their clients and know their craft.

Heat broke over night on a Friday and of course no one ever wants to have emergency repairs on a weekend!..but the owner (josh)was quick to return my call Saturday morning and at my house within an hour to check the problem!!...possibly couldn’t get the needed part to fix until Monday morning 😩😩 but was in fact able to get it Saturday afternoon and he was promptly back Sunday morning to fix it!😁😁 will highly recommend them to friends!

Do not use JW. Poor workmanship, takes advantage of seniors, and high service fees!

Our A/C broke down in the middle of the night last week. We woke up at 5AM in a ball of sweat. I called JW Heating & A/C even before they said they were open, just hoping to leave a message...they answered. Not only that he said he could come out and assess the situation THAT MORNING!! I gave him my address via text and he texted me back his ETA. He then texted me again to let me know he was running 15 minutes later than expected.
He showed up when he said he would, and he was very professional. Took one look at the unit and knew exactly what the problem was....and said he had the part on the truck. Went to the truck and fixed it in less than 15 minutes!
We've had our AC unit for over 15 years....it's such a shame that we didn't know of JW Heating & AC sooner! Prompt, Courteous and Knowledgeable. What more could you want??

we had central AC breakdown.Called Josh on Monday, by the end of Tuesday AC was replaced, as was furnace. His team works from 7:30 AM non-stop. Great service and great guys.
