Scheduling and reminders and last-minute communication with the repair person (Kevin) were excellent. Kevin quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem with the washer suspension. He helped me to sign up for a service plan, which he recommended due to the washer's age (9 years). He was pleasant and helpful. I have had some problems with service in the past, but this time it was exemplary.

Requested a diagnostic visit worth $59 to check what was wrong with my dishwasher. I was told if any issues, I would be charged extra for repairs Upon visit tech charged me $80 dollars extra for cleaning - which I was not informed about nor approved.. so all in all paid $140 .. and my dishwasher still cleans avg. The $80 bill was sneaked in.. very disappointed. Will never contact sears again.. By the way all our appliances are from Sears.
