The technician Chris came to my home to repair my furnace which wouldn't ignite. He replaced the gas valve first still wouldn't ignite then he ordered a control board hey my furnace still wouldn't ignite. Then he had me call the gas company on a Saturday saying there wasn't enough gas coming into the home. The gas company came out and put a brand new meter on my home. After that the furnace still wouldn't ignite. Chris told me that my furnace had to be replaced and would cost me around $4,000 to replace because he could not figure out what was wrong with it. After all this I lost complete confidence I ended up hiring another company to come repair my furnace the guy walked in put a brand new igniter on in the furnace fired right up. I would not recommend this company to anyone as it seems they tried to take me for a ride.

The technician was courteous, knowledgeable and qualified. I was so pleased to be able to get a repair call quickly.

Unfortunately the boiler and the AC in our mobile home failed all in the same year and we were fortunate to work with Platinum Home Services for both installations of a new Navien tankless boiler and a new AC unit . Thank goodness for Christine in the office and Chris our technician who are extremely professional, polite, knowledgeable and prompt. Platinum's phone is covered by an answering service and we were able to schedule service for the next day on the spot...how often can you do that nowadays...sometimes it is difficult to get anyone to call you back. The breakdown of the 2 major HVAC services in our home was made less stressful because it was handled by a top notch company.

I called Christine and within the hour I had someone at my house fixing my AC! Chris was super friendly and 20 min later my AC was working again! Platinum home services is highly recommended and I will be calling them in the future as needed, especially for upgrades!

Outstanding service, found them to be very informative . They were very professional in their
installation of the system. After everything was installed they explained everything to me in a way that i could understand the working of the unit.
This was done on a Friday and Sunday i had a problem so i called a number they gave me an i talked to the person on the other end an explained my problem. A half hour later this person arrived at my home an proceeded to solve the problem. He had to go to his shop an get a new thermostat and replaced my broken one.After he finished i find out that he was the owner an he had his wife with him while doing all this. I can not say enough about the service they provide.All i can say is when you call their number you dont get answering service, you get a person who will solve your problem no matter what!

Technician Steve was very professional. Furnace had stopped working, so this was an emergency call. Steve quickly diagnosed our issue and found that there was a faulty control board. He actually had a control board on his truck. He replaced the board and heat was up and running in no time.
Steve was very patient with all my questions, explaining everything step by step. They did a thorough job fixing and testing the furnace. I was very satisfied with their work. I would definitely use them again.

I have used this company for my annual maintenance/repairs through my provider. I always request Platinum and Chris the tech for my services. I also enjoy talking to sweet Christine she is quick to schedule me in, answer my questions and chat for a little she never rushes me off the phone. I recommend Platinum Home Services to everyone.

The professionalism of this company is wonderful.
Prompt, courteous workers installed our heating system with no delay! So happy we went with the Navient system - clean and efficient heat. We highly recommend you to all our friends because we know they will not be disappointed! Thank You for you service!

Completely rude and unprofessional.

When asked for an explanation, the technician shouted over the phone, was argumentative and condescending, said, "if you don't like it, go somewhere else" then hung up on us. I don't have any confidence that he actually looked at the motor or vent system in depth, and wanted to charge an exorbitant amount to replace the vent entirely.

He left the outdoor vent uncovered without even telling us (left without checking in), which is a serious safety hazard. With a small child living here, it's especially a huge concern, and major liability.

The customer service rep we spoke to was not helpful, and told us that if we went to another service provider, we would risk being charged for a full system rather than the vent.

No one was willing to give us any answers or help.

AVOID.

Rip off company… I will not recommend because of their dishonesty. They are experienced but not honest. I thought it’s a nationwide company I would pay more for satisfaction and good service. Just an honest rewiew here. Stay away from them
