These guys are great at what they do. Fair pricing , quick service. Privately owned and personable. Will listen to your needs and repair what's broken and will recommend what you need with out scaring you into things you don't need. A company you could could send to moms house with confidence.

I had five companies quote to fix our AC system on the first level. Tom from J and J was the only one who immediately figured out why the other system only made it 12 years and how to design a solution that should last more than double the time. J and J sent us a quote, answered our questions, sent out a team to scope out the job and had the system installed and going within a week plus. Professional, dedicated, on top of the project every step of the way. We are extremely happy and would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs AC or Heating services.

Were scheduled to come between the hours of 8am and12pm, Mike called me around 730AM and asked if I would mind if they come before 8am, I was happy with that request.
Upon their arrival they both were wearing proper ppe masks, and made proper contact with myself, I explained the situation I had with my DIY installed mini split unit (ill never do another one again) and may need a recharge.
Mike and Tommy looked at the compressor unit asked if I had the manuals as to confirm the proper refrigerant needed to supply this type of unit, which was not installed by J&J; I thought that was professional on his part and felt very comfortable moving forward. I had the line set that came installed with the unit and it was 16 feet long and I only need 7 feet from the wall to the compressor but because it was pre attached it came to that length. Mike stated he is going to make this right for us, and asked if I would object to him reducing the line set to the appropriate length for efficiency, I was absolutely thrilled. They were very professional, metered the refrigerant and seals, checked all the valves and made the appropriate torque to ensure this system would run appropriately and efficiently.
He even bolted my unit to a rack system I purchased that the unit was just sitting on top of not really secured. I felt, even though that maybe considered a small gesture to most, I was so happy and relieved that they went above and beyond just to safely secure my compressor to reduce accidental damage.
I really and absolutely so appreciated the work Mike and Tom performed at my home and I look forward to seeing them again on future projects.

The worst working experience of my life the owner has no respect for his workers and has no knowledge of how to treat his workers has no knowledge of how the workers are doing in a day to day basis and lacks any knowledge of the workers working there. This company cuts many corners and is extremely rude and dishonest to the hvacr portion and favorites the sheet metal department of the company in my honest and professional opinion. And they exceed there terrible reputation again in my honest opinion!

Super responsive and helpful. We’ve used them for years and have always had excellent service. Called yesterday on a super cold day and technician was there in two hours to fix. Thank you !

Jack came to my home to service my Air Conditioner. I ave worked with him before and he is Polite Professional and personable. He also educated me on what to look for if ac starts to not work right He also answers any questions you may have about your system. Great company -been using them for over 5 years. Only thing that rubbed me the wrong way was on my last visit. The gentleman who came to my house did more of assumptive selling on parts and charged me afterwards. An example: the “ignitor pin” (not even sure if that the correct terminology) had slight black marks. The gentleman put in a new one without discussing it with me or sharing costs and charged me at the end. He didn’t make an attempt to clean it. It’s not the end of the world, and I will continue to use J&J -they have been exceptionally reliable. Just in the future, I’ll ask more questions and make sure I understand costs/processes.

It was such a pleasure to do business with this company. Everyone across the board was so professional. I like to thank Greg and his partner for being so diligent with their work! Will for sure continue to do business with them! Highly recommend this company.

I have to say that this was one of the best experiences I have ever gone through. J&J came and set me up with ductless AC/ Heat system and my house is now quiet and extremely cool. Also had to have my Electric service upgraded and it was handled by them!! Great job everyone!!

Jack came on time and did a fantastic job performing our annual maintenance. I highly recommend J&J as this experience has been the rule for each of my interactions with them.
