    Alex was here on time and was one of the most efficient cleanings of my oil furnace that I have ever seen I’ve been around and watched a couple of them and nobody cleaned that furnace like Alex did today I would highly recommend them !

    As a local business owner and entrepreneur it pains me to leave anything less than 5 stars feedback but I must say this is warranted.

    I had planned on writing much more but Google will not allow me the space.

    Long story short I hired the company for the first time to come out for routine maintenance on my broiler (once a year) was a referral from Fraticelli Oil. The friendly tech made a mistake during the visit and I awoke this morning (the next day) to no hot water and a pool of liquid at the base of my boiler.

    After having a very unpleasant experience with Vicky; whom I believe to be an office manager... the problem got resolved later that afternoon by another tech. Although Vicky did work to get this tech in early than the afternoon for me...it was not without some begging on my part as I have an 8 week old baby and appointments all afternoon with him and some major attitude on hers. Even went so far as to recommend I leave my house unlocked for the tech to fix it if she could not get her only tech that day out any earlier. (Can we say liability? I did not care that they have worked for the company for years)

    I had really hoped to use this company in the future to upgrade my heating system but after this experience, I would rather take my money elsewhere. Really a shame that one person could leave such a bad taste in ones mouth...if my employees dealt with the public the way I was dealt with initially this morning I would not be in business long. I understand mistakes happen but attitude when the fault was clearly on the company was inappropriate.

    Update: very next morning the boiler is not working again. Waiting on call back. Tech from yesterday came out again - found a second mistake from first visit. Fixed and hopefully will be all set.

    They are a rip off!! The worst customer service ever! They charged me 95 dollars to come out to look why I don't have heat on Tuesday. They told me it was because the chimney was clogged and I needed a chimney sweep. I got a chimney sweep out the next day paid 250 and was told my chimney was fine and my heat is still not working. I called them right after that to tell them I did what they told me and I still don't have heat. They had the technician call me and he said he would call me back and never did! So it is now Thursday and I left a voicemail this morning and I finally got a hold of them around noon because I kept calling and was told they would be sending a technician out today but it may be late. I was never told anything about fees or anything at this point. The Technician finally calls around 5 and says because it is after hours I will be charged over time WHICH IS NOT FAIR BECAUSE THEY NEVER DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM THEY CAME OUT FOR ON TUESDAY AND IT NOT MY FAULT THEY DIDNT FIX THE PROBLEM IN THE FIRST PLACE AND THEY CAN ONLY SEND SOMEONE AFTER HOURS TO FIX THE PROBLEM THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO FIX TUESDAY THAT I WAS ALREADY CHARGED FOR!! I called to cancel the call and the technician then called me after and was very rude when I said it was unfair that I should have to reschedule to not pay overtime when I should not be charged at all because they were just here and didn't Fix it and I was speaking professionally with the technician and he hung up on me in the middle of conversation! I was recommended to them by a good family friend and they are shocked as well. I would never recommend them!!!! Stay away!!!

    Had annual maintenance done on my mini-split system. The technician only removed the user serviceable filter on the front of the wall unit, sprayed it with my hose outside, and sprayed the outdoor condenser coils with the hose. He was there for about 40 minutes and I was charged $397. Any ordinary person could have done this themselves in the same time. He did not perform any of the things I consider a normal part of annual maintenance (check the coolant pressure, oil the motors, clean the indoor heat exchangers). In fact, I pressed him on this and he said he did not own a gauge to check the pressure with. This service was an absolute rip-off.

    Two stars instead of one only because he was on time and very nice to my dog.

    I have used Advanced Energy the past two seasons for my yearly boiler maintenance. Each time the tech was very professional and performed all preventative maintenance in a timely manner. I am beyond happy with their service.

    I signed up for an estimate at Home Depot for Mitsubishi Ductless. They came out on a Saturday and looked at the house. When they left I was told I would have an estimate by Tuesday. Thursday of the same week I had not heard anything back so I filled out their online form asking what the status was and got no response. Finally after calling their office 16 days after the visit and 14 days after I should have had my estimate, I was told I am not in the system. So I guess my advice is DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!!!!!!!

    I am so happy to have John here for the 4-days Hvac work including furnace installation, gas piping, etc. John is very professional and has done excellent job in every aspect, and he is super nice to accommodate requested adjustments for our interests, willing to go extra mile to fulfill our needs. Will have him back for yearly maintenance. Thanks John.

    I would like to give this company a double five star. I was at work and heat went out late in day. The boiler technician came at 700pm,replaced circulator pump and backflow for water pressure into boiler. He bleed all baseboard heaters,cleaned up mess he made in cellar. He lastly told my wife if convectors arent hot enough to call them back. But he did excellent job and heat now workin correctly. Thanks again. V.oliveri
