Christie Cooling and Heating

Our gas furnace was working on and off. Taylor quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced a cheap part, cleaned the burner, and now it works great, all within a few hours of me calling him.

Taylor installed new AC/Heating units for my office. It really solve multiple problems for us. He is easy to work with, explains things very well and does quality work. I am very happy with the installation.

Taylor is wonderful! He is responsive, professional and reasonable! Over the past couple of months we have had many issues with our HVAC due to a roofing error. Taylor always comes in with a smile and is ready to solve any problem - no matter how hard it is. He has made himself available to get our issues sorted out even though he has been extremely busy. For someone who responded and showed up on the night before Christmas Eve, fixed my heating/ humidifier circuit wiring problem in 40 minutes, and had a good laughter afterwards, I can only say Taylor is marvelous, magic, and personally caring. A power outage fried a lot of A/C capacitors in our area, during a late July weekend coinciding with a significant heat wave. We called Christie first thing in the morning on a Saturday, by 11 am the A/C was repaired and running.

The technician was fantastic to work with, and the cost of repairs was fair.

10/10, will call again for future repairs.

I have been using Christie Cooling and heating for the past several years and find them to be excellent in terms of both customer care and reasonable fees. They have installed complete HVAC units in both my home and office within the past three years and I could not be more satisfied with their service. 5 stars!!!

Taylor could squeeze his tight schedule and came over to diagnose my AC which stopped right at one of the hot days of July in MA. He climbed up into the hot attic and quickly found out the problem that had dysfunctioning the aged unit and replaced parts to restart it. The whole process went really smooth. I highly appreciate it that he had provided a prompt and effective service!

We returned home from Thanksgiving to a broken water heater. Christie Cooling and Heating took out call on a Sunday and were able to fit us in Monday morning. Lifesavers!

CC&H was there for me when I needed them. In some of the hottest days of the year my AC went out (as it did for so many others). I made half a dozen frantic calls for service but only Christie came through. Even though their day was booked, they managed to fit me in the same day and had the problem diagnosed and fixed in less than an hour. I would highly recommend them for their service, punctuality and professionalism!

Taylor was very professional and made the effort to make it to my boiling hot home on a Sunday, despite having a very busy day. He fixed an electrical problem with my central A/C and we are now able to survive the current heat wave we are having. His dedication to help a brand new customer went above and beyond!
