Eric did a great job installing our AC system, I wish I could get ahold of him.

We called to get a quote for an AC/furnace upgrade, the technician shows up to get an idea of what we are looking at. Seemed like a nice guy and he did recall the person that referred us to them. After waiting sometime (about 2-3 weeks), we called them to figure out what happened to our quote. After all we did ask for one before Christmas. We got no response back. No clue what happened, and during COVID, no clue if business priorities changed. However, if I got an phone call stating they are no longer taking on new installs during covid, I would have been understanding.

He was/is great. Both my parents and I have used him for years but can't seem to locate him now. If he's still in the area would love to make an appointment.

Only complaint I have is he doesn't return calls
He installed a furnace and recently a hot water heater.
He is very neat. Respects your home.
