Called while they were on a call and received a prompt call back...They took the name of the tenant and I needed to make sure tenant was there- they followed up with me after 45 mins (A very good thing so time was not lost and the issue got handled promptly) They arrived, diagnose the problem and this was due to a part failure on a system still in warranty. Since it is a specialty brand they suggested I go back to the installing dealer (Out of town on a hunting trip) as the parts and labor would likely all be under warranty. I asked about the bill for the call. No charge! This property is very rural! I will find a way to pay them but these people are very honest diligent and polite. You will not go wrong using them. THANK YOU!

We noticed our AC wasn’t cooling right and I called and the answering service said he’d call back. I got the call within 5 minutes. He showed up at my house within 30 minutes after explaining how he wanted me to turn the AC off to defrost. He said my air filter was too thick and restrictive and suggested getting a thinner one. Checked my Freon on both of my AC units and hosed off the coils on one. Basically just checked on things and ensured things were working after we removed the restrictive air filter. He gave me several more helpful pointers on how to improve AC efficiency. He said he normally charges $120 for a Saturday call but only charged me $100. I was expecting to spend hundreds, so this was a pleasant surprise.

The honesty, promptness, and reasonable price were appreciated and I will be calling him again if we need help. I can not recommend Mr. Jess enough.

I called in for repair work and received an immediate response. The technicians were extremely polite and respectful to my wife. The repairs were completed in a time frame beyond my expectations. I work with subcontractors daily and I was extremely impressed with Mr. Jess & his guys.
