they are not a a/c technician . they can't fix the electrical issues .after all i ordered all device that i need to fix myself after they ripping me off. they overcharged me and fix nothing i spent $565 around. dont go there

Customer service is excellent. Sent a online request and received a call the following morning. Repairman was very polite and prompt. Tried to save us money with the best plan of action for an older unit.
