    Most unprofessional HVAC service. Office manager cussed at me and hung up on me after I asked why I was told heater was working when it wasn't. Charged for service call, but heating problem was not resolved. Technicians left without heat coming out of vents. When I called back to tell them, I was told it was my fault and that I would still need to pay (I already had) and that if it was not working, they would return in the morning, after a 35 degree night. Will NEVER recommend.

    These guys are excellent. I have had positive experiences with Hall’s Heating and Air every time I’ve used them. They installed my system and serviced any and all issues without hesitation. Their field service technicians are all excellent and great at troubleshooting problems. I’ve recommended them to family and friends on several occasions and everyone has been truly satisfied with their experiences and outcomes. I highly recommend using this company.     This company is a joke. They don't have a price per job. The service calls in and they just make up prices off the top of there head. I had a inner coil replaced under warranty and was charged $900 on a 2 year old unit installed by them originally. The tech was at my house 1 hour and 1/2. The part was supposed to be covered on my Lennox. So how could it be $900 I asked. The response was that's the price for the job. So basically there wasn't a warranty because I called another a/c place and they would have replaced it for $900 without a warranty. What a joke this scam artist is. Fraud stay away from these scammers!!

    My husband and I are military and when we moved into the area and purchased our home I continued to utilize the same people that the previous owners used for AC maintenance. I purchased a 2 year service plan from Hall's thinking that it sounded like a good deal. However, they never called to schedule any service. it was constantly me calling and asking if they could come out as I had been using the AC or heat pump for the past several weeks without anyone looking at it before I needed to start using it. The one time that we had a problem with the upstairs unit they came out and charged a service fee when all it needed was some Freon even though I had paid for the 2 year agreement plan which included free service with routine maintenance. Additionally the guy who came out refused to look at the other unit making me call to set up a additional appt for the regular servicing instead of just taking 20 minutes to check the other unit out. Moreover, every single time they came out I had to prove that I had paid for BOTH of my units on the service plan. Luckily I saved all my receipts so it was never an issue, but it should have never been an issue as I PAID for them to service BOTH. I still have 6 months left on my 2 year plan which I won't be using although it I probably won't have to explain to them why I don't want them to come out for the last servicing since they have never been able to call me in the first place to schedule. I have decided to pay another company in town that can actually keep track of their current customers and act like they might want repeat business. My only hope is that someone will read this review and choose to go with another company to service their homes.

    These people are FRAUD !!! Trust me I've worked with other companies and never had this problem. First off the guy didn't fix anything he added freon when none was needed. His job was to give the a/c a look over to make sure it was operating correctly. So anyway I payed 145 for a cleaning which was overpriced but I agreed to do it. 2 weeks later they called back and said the insurance didn't pay they part so I had to pay 200 more dollars after I just payed them the 145. I told them they were only authorized to take out the 145 and that's it, call the insurance company back and fight for the rest of your money. A week goes by after that and I logged into my bank only to find they made a unauthorized transaction on my credit card for 200. So I will be disputing the charge and most likely they will get dinged for it. My thing is if you tell me a price and I agree to that price that's it. Don't come back asking for more money because if that's the case I would have never let you do the job in the first place. Its basically hidden fees that totaled up to a couple hundred bucks without you authorization. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. THEY ALSO DO CHEAP WORK AND IS VERY INEXPERIENCED, HE CLEANED MY UNIT WITH FABULOUS CLEANER FROM SAMS OR WALMART INSTEAD OF USING THE CORRECT A/C CLEANING PRODUCTS IF I WANTED TO CLEAN MY UNIT WITH EVERYDAY HOUSEHOLD CLEANERS I WOULD HAVE DONE IT MYSELF. THE GUY THAT CAME OVER LOOKED LIKE A SHADE TREE OFF THE STREET AND DIDN'T KNOW WHAT HE WAS TALKING ABOUT. I WONDER HOW MANY PEOPLE THEY PAID TO SIGN IN AND MAKE FAKE GOOD REVIEWS ABOUT THEIR BUSINESS. BECAUSE FROM THE WORK THEY DID AT MY HOUSE I KNOW HALF OF EM CAN'T BE TRUE.

    My A/C shorted out late Saturday afternoon. Halls technician, Jay came Sunday morning and confirmed it. Their salesman Art arrived Monday morning and gave me a quote after checking everything in the attic and asking me what I wanted. Of the 3 quotes I got, they offered the best deal on the Lennox 2 speed unit. I called Art Tuesday and they installed the unit on Wednesday. Very happy and satisfied with the service and price.

    I was ripped off by these people. I would advise no one to call them. I certainly will never call them again for air condition work. They charged me for 4 lbs. Freon that was not needed and $150 for a $6 part that could have been purchased by anyone. All said, my bill was $500 for a simple service call. When I complained to management, they seemed totally unconcerned.

    During a time that is normally stressful when you have
    air conditioning/ heat problems or concerns, its great to have a business that has a personal and customer service touch. Art is very knowledgeable and the installation team was committed to completing the job professionally and timely. After the job is completed, they also welcome follow questions and support. Great job!

    Well, for some reason, they didnt show up for an appointment at my house to do some ac repairs. So i ended up calling DMR. Thats a shame because i really wanted to work with this company. I work with alot of contractors where i work and could have used them on several calls.
