Update 07/13/22. Things have turned to terrible. One of my a/c delay switches failed for the second time. They don’t answer their phones. Went to the office. No one was there. Weeks later a tech showed up unannounced. Since I didn’t want to use the same type of switch again, I asked for a different kind. He agreed. Said he didn’t have it on his truck and would get back to me. That was over two weeks ago. I’m ditching these people. I have no idea what’s going on but they shouldn’t be allowed to continue selling a servicing Generac generators. We filed a complaint with Generac. If they can’t do what they say, why bother. I don’t need an excuse. Either you do things or you don’t. They don’t.

I would give them 4 1/2 stars. Only glitch was a two week delay for installation. Would have appreciated being contacted. We have busy schedules. The two week delay wasn't the issue, just the lack of contact. I really liked the people who installed the unit. Very experienced, friendly, and knowledgeable. They did a great job keeping us apprised as well. Everything is good. We will see how well the service contract works as our ownership lengthens.

The team that came out to my house to install a Generac Whole House Generator was very professional. They did a great job with the installation and cleanup. They were very good at explaining what they did and how each of the items that they installed worked. It was a great experience.

We recently moved into a new home and Comfort had installed the A/C unit so we decided to give them the opportunity to continue supporting our system. I cannot say enough good things about them. They come quickly and the people they send are consistently knowledgeable and polite. We encountered one issue that was a fairly difficult problem - they continued to work on it over multiple days and kept up great communication on what was happening. We are currently considering getting a home generator from them. I highly recommend them.

Been trying for a month for them to come and service the unit they installed! Started with a half yello light indicator then full yellow then red now completely dead. Great and it’s hurricane season. Scheduling has been non existent! We’ll be out tomorrow for over three weeks now still not here. Again today, “ I’m sorry but we going to have to reschedule you for tomorrow. Aweful service! Looking for another service company

We put money down on a generator last September with ETA of end of May this year. For the last month we are not able to get in touch with our sales person or the office regarding the status. We have done substantial gas work prior to the generator installation and it cost us a fortune and now I cannot get anyone from the company to get back to us. I am extremely suspicious at this point.

Sales representative came to my home performed a site inspection. Provided a quote and financing on the spot. I was given an installation time frame. Installers arrived as promised and completed the installation in 2 days. Included pouring a foundation and complete walk through and Maintance schedule. Explained everything in detail. Connected the generator to my WiFi and setup the app on my phone. Quality product and Professional service. Highly recommend Comfort Engineered System for your standby generator needs.

I was very pleased with the work of William Marshall! No BS. Clearly explained the problem. Very efficient worker. Taking action to replace expected failing part, but got the unit working in the meantime. Wish I had discovered Comfort Engineering before this.

Very pleased with Generator install. Work crew was timely and professional. There was continued updates communicated throughout each step of installation. Before installer left, a system check and explanation of unit was explain.

I was given very realistic estimates of work that needed to be done on the generator. Employee showed up on time and worked efficiently and got our generator back in great working order. Final price was $400 less than the estimate, so we were very pleased with the price!
