Air Kare Air Conditioning & Heating

I have never called for AC repair any where else and got the prompt professional and very virtuous service that I got when I called Air Kare. They came out on the weekend and after eleven at night to try and fix My outside unit. I needed a part they could not get until Monday morning, and they were here Monday morning to fix my unit. I highly recommend them to everyone . I will never call anyone else ever again. I felt like they took care of me like I was family!!!! Give them a call, you won’t be sorry One bit!!!!!!

Ida destroyed so much of my home and property, it has been just chaos dealing with insurance and renovations, but I have to say the guys at Air Kare were amazing. They gave me a thorough estimate that my insurance accepted right away. They never rescheduled on me, they never forgot to call me back and most of all they installed a beautiful ac system. A++

This was a phenomenal experience from start to finish. I called in after finding Air Kare on Google. They were extremely professional and responsive to my call. I received a text message and an email confirming my appointment and then was messaged when they were on their way. The technicians were professional and extremely knowledgeable. I was looking to replace a central air conditioner/heating system. I searched the BBB website for Accredited businesses and contacted 3 for proposals. The first was too high, the second never submitted a price and the third company, Air Kare quoted a price below the national average for a Carrier unit and had an A+ Accredited rating with the Better Business Bureau. They even provided financing at a reasonable interest rate.

They preset an appointment and 2 technicians showed up on the appointed date and time, removed the old unit (which they disposed of) and installed the new compressor, air handler and heat unit and was finished by that afternoon. It was a very professional well run operation.

They followed up by filing out all the warranty information online and presenting us with a packet for our records. At this writing the unit is 4 months old and running perfectly and we are very satisfied with Air Kare.

Professional, timely, and kind staff. They didn't try to over sell me the biggest unit possible or higher SEER than necessary. Overall my house is staying 10x cooler with the SEER rating they recommended as well as a huge drop in my energy bill. Will plan to use this company for all annual maintenance and HVAC needs in the future.

Oh did I mention there prices were the most competitive compared to three other quotes? Literally saved me about 5k and I got a bigger upstairs unit as well as a bump up in quality of units. Really can't beat it.

My mother in law needed her air conditioner fixed badly. She called other people and did not like the prices they were quoting her. I told her I would call Air Kare to get in touch with her. They most certainly went above and beyond for her and quoted her the best price of all. She is very happy with her air conditioner now that Air Kare crew put their magical touch on her AC, which had been broken for years and not working to its full potential. Thanks yall. Air Kare went above and beyond my expectations. I had a full system installed by them and couldn't be happier with the outcome. They showed up on time, were extremely transparent with the pricing and delivered on everything they said they would. Definitely overdelivered, I will be recommending to everyone.

The staff at Air Kare were very friendly and knowledgeable. They did a wonderful job assessing the problems in our home and coming up with smart solutions that wouldn't cost us an arm and a leg. We are so happy with the repairs and our new Ecobee Smart Thermostat! The Ecobee app is easy to use and it's compatibility with Google Home is a big plus.

Thank Goodness for Stephen! I woke up on Sunday Father's day and my house was 84. He came out within 30 minutes. Did a great job and will definitely use him for future service!
