Air Kare Air Conditioning & Heating

Service was excellent and quick! AC was having a hard time keeping up. Air Kare showed up the same day to get it back up and going. Very professional!

We first contacted Air Kare for what we thought was going to be a repair of our a/c unit outside. The technician worked on it and informed us that the compressor kept shorting out and we would need to replace the whole system. He was knowledgeable and thorough.
Upon speaking to the owner, we were told that if we used Air Kare's services to replace the system, there would not be a charge for that night's work, saving us around $1000.

We contracted Air Kare to replace our HVAC system the following week, and not only did they give us a fair price (and an amazing warranty) on the system, they replaced it in one day. We were only without central air for a week, start to finish.

Colby & Brian (sorry if I spelled names wrong) were our techs, and they were polite, efficient, thorough, and they played good music while they were working. I thoroughly enjoyed having them in our house doing the work.

So impressed with AirKare. We switched to them after a bad experience with a different recommended company. We called when our a/c wasn't cooling and they came out the next day to fix it. A few weeks later, the same issue arose and they came back out. They realized that there was a leak that had grown - instead of charging us another call out fee, since it had escaped them the first visit, they filled our freon free of charge and got us a new condenser the next day. Our tech has been the same each time - Louis - and he is honest and old school. It's our 4th company we've tried and we will continue to work with them moving forward! Professional, responsible, and good value.

I had a broken A/C and they came out to fix it with no problem. Great prices with a great crew. Definately will use this service again.

We had used a family friend to service our AC before and he had retired. So when our AC went out on Friday evening I was a little nervous to have to find someone new at an inconvenient time, but our neighbor had used Air Kare and recommended them. Communication was ideal and professional. I was able to get in touch with someone right away and they had someone come out very promptly. I was alerted via text and kept informed when someone would arrive. Our issue turned out be a bit complicated to figure out, but Steve stuck with it until he had solved our problem. I cannot thank him enough for his hard work and dedication to getting our AC back on so we would not be stuck in a hot house for the night. I have been burned by many home repair people and construction workers in the past, but Air Kare helped prove to me that they were a company that I can rely on for any future needs and a job well done. These days that can be hard to find! I am so pleased to recommend them to anyone in our area and will be calling them again when the need arises. Thank you Steve!

Repetitive Liars!
Lied about time, promised response and about when they would show up.
Lied to me for two and a half weeks about when they were coming out and about the work they said they would do.
Every one I spoke with either said they spoke with Steve and he said this or that… and none of it was ever done.
Or Steve said you’d receive this of that in this or that time which never happened…
I would never recommend this company to any one for any thing under no circumstances!
Wish there were negative symbols to indicate the precise rating of the negative response I got when trying to do business with them.
Thanks Steve, by forcing me to chose another company to do my business with, you saved my a lot of money… especially the money I didn’t pay you for the terrible service that would have probably amounted to your terrible representation.

If you’re thinking about, don’t do it!

Our AC went out late Saturday night. I called Air Kare early Sunday morning, and Steve came out right away. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and was very thorough explaining what work needed to be done. He had everything up and running in a couple hours. Great service, & great pricing. I will definitely be using them for any AC work we need going forward!

Air conditioning in my upstairs stopped working and called Air Kare and they arrived a couple hours later. They replaced a capacitor and had the unit back and running. Got estimates to replace multiple units and they were honest and very well priced. Overall great experience.
