Climate Tamers

This was my first interaction with Climate Tamers. Kyle was profession and friendly. Arrived on time. Gave me a complete record of stats on each unit. I want ducts changed and return air moved. He assured me that Climate Tamers could take care of all of it, when I’m ready. Highly recommended them.

They went above and beyond. They offered to lend me a window unit until the system was fixed. Brandon also fixed the duct work where needed without payment.
Quality work. Above average service.

Really appreciate you guys you do what you say you or going to do. Very insightful having the knowledge to handle any case scenario and understanding of what is important to the customer. Brad and his team have been nothing short of exceptional. He came and took a look at my system and was very straight forward about what repairs were needed. Climate Tamers came the NEXT day and were DONE that evening. Fast forward a year later when I had an issue with my thermostat. He came on a Sunday afternoon (Memorial weekend) shortly after I called and fix the issue and we were up and running again. Great company

Climate Tamers are phenomenal. Great company, outstanding service. I've been using them for a few years now, wouldn't call anyone else.

I am giving 2 stars as my first few experiences with this company were good. Very nice people and responsive. However, my latest experience was not good. I have two AC units. Larger one was not working and the smaller unit was struggling. The larger unit was fixed by replacing a capacitor and unclogging a drain at a cost of over $500. I should have replaced the capacitor myself since it’s a $16 part and takes all of 10 minutes to do. I was told the other unit, a 10 year old, higher end American standard should be replaced completely including Inside unit, outside unit, and furnace. This sounded odd to me. I had another company come out for a second opinion the following day and they found absolutely nothing wrong with the unit. It was simply struggling to keep up during the day when the main unit was out. That AC has been working perfectly since. Gauges showed that Freon levels were fine and the temp split was 18 degrees which is normal. This second opinion cost me $98. The new and unneeded AC would have cost me well over $7000. I will have to switch AC repair vendors based on this experience.

I was so pleased with Climate Tamers. I woke up to my AC broken in a home that we just moved into. I called around and most companies said they couldn’t come till next week but Climate Tamers said they would come that day, thankfully because the heat index was over 100*. It wasn’t due to lack of business either because I heard the tech on the phone talking about several other jobs he was going to be doing that day 😳 Anyway, they came on time and called when they got here (I have a sign that says “don’t ring - sleeping baby”). They trouble shot the system and found multiple clogs. They cleaned the whole thing - they even wiped up the wet tracks so they didn’t leave my house dirty. Afterward I asked the tech how to maintain it (I’m a first time homeowner) and he showed me what to do and gave me a maintenance product recommendation. I’m very pleased and I feel much more equipped to care for the system now.

Kyle has come out a couple times to look at our old furnace and was able to figure out the problem every time. He always explains why the issue happens and his repair process so we know exactly what is being done. Once these old HVAC appliances need to be replaced we will definitely be calling Climate Tamers. I highly recommend this company.

They do excellent work. Have trouble sticking to a schedule, but I think that is generally true for most contractors, it's very hard to control when work is done at one site so you can make it to another.

Kyle was very professional. He did a great job of diagnosing and fixing my problem, and explaining and showing me what he had to do. Kyle understands customer service and he does it well. Thanks.
