Great business all around: knowledgeable, responsive & professional group. Climate Tamers crew came out analyzed and troubleshot my AC system. Then sat down to explain what was causing my problems, even took additional time to ensure I understood and knew exactly what I was approving. Not the cheapest upfront but definitely saving money in the long run by having it repaired correctly.

Climate Tamers went above and beyond to fix an a/c leak in our new home. The owner, Brad, was very responsive and had a team available on short notice. Kyle, our technician, went above and beyond expectations to make sure we did not have any more issues. I highly recommend this company and will be using it exclusively in the future.

My AC had been out for about 24 hours, and in June in South Louisiana that is just brutal. Kyle and his coworker arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and got my AC running again. I'll definitely use them again I the future and recommend them to anyone.
Update: My AC went out again and it was a minor thing and they came out the same day and because it only took 2-3 minutes , and they were the last ones to look at my system, there was no charge. I won't use anybody else to fix my AC.

Climate tamers is the best! I own two doubles in New Orleans and they are the only crew who touches my systems. Got a call from a tenant at 9pm last night that the AC was putting out hot air. I immediately put in the online request and they called me first thing this morning and had someone out by noon and the job was done by 2!
