Air One does a fabulous job! I've been on their service plan for 4 years, every Spring and Fall they do a complete system inspection, repair any issues they find. If I do have a problem away from the semi-annuals they get me on the schedule promptly and resolve my issues right quick. I get possessive with technicians, I want the same person every time, and they accommodate that. I highly recommend Air One.

Called to have our heat looked at after it stopped working. Because the weather was going to be bad, Air One made an extra effort to check it out timely and perform maintenance. Our HVAC was about 25 years old, so we also decided to replace it. Stefan and his team could not have been better or more professional. Not only did they do the new install, but they brought our old house up to where it should be and continued to follow-up with us on how things were going. The whole house feels cleaner and more refreshed than ever. Should have called Air One a long time ago!

Air One provided outstanding service from scheduling the technician to the completed job. My technician, Richie arrived earlier than scheduled and called me to see if I was available. Flawless installation of the Google Nest thermostat. Richie took time to help me get the thermostat connected to the nest app and showed me all the features. He completed the job in less than 30 minutes. Great service!!! Will be using Air One moving forward for all my maintenance and repairs.
