I have been a very satisfied customer of Air One for many years. They have repaired, replaced and maintained both of my AC and heating units. Their advice and opinion have been "spot on" in every issue that has come up. Their 5" filters help to keep the dust to a minimum. If you need a reliable and responsive company, Air One is perfect.

Our heater stopped working completely last night, and the house was so cold this morning! We have an old HVAC system, and I was dreading a huge bill and dealing with the hassle of having someone out. I called Air One at 8:30 am, and Rob was at my door at 10:15! He checked the entire system carefully, even once he had narrowed down the issue, and even set up a temporary repair to warm up the house while he had to go get a part. He was so polite and professional, the repair was done by noon, and a fraction of the cost I expected! Since I mentioned that we know we'll be replacing the old system in the future, he emailed an estimate along with my receipt, and it's almost half of what we were quoted by another local company! We'll be using Air One, and recommending them highly.

Amazing service! Richie and Timothy came out today to do my first service on the maintenance plan. They were awesome! In and out in an hour an a half. Richie was very knowledgeable about my a/c unit and the different services his company offered. He explained the service agreement in great detail and also gave me a great run down of my unit. Very personable service. I've never had such personable service. Richie rocks!!

They did they're jobs proficiently and their crew members cleaned up nicely. I was very satisfied with the work that they provided for me. Air One is amazing. Every time we have an AC Emergency at one of our locations or at our home, they arrive quickly. Fast, courteous, and professional. We have their maintenance package and never have to worry about remembering to change our filters.

Our heater went out yesterday we called Air One and they came out the same day. They went to get the part and returned shortly after to complete the repair. Very efficient and professional!
