Amazing service. Our A/C went out and it quickly rose to 80. With other people’s pets in our care, it was imperative that we act fast. Mrs. Karen was amazing and had someone at our door in just hours. Within 30 mins the problem was fixed and at a fraction of the cost we were expecting. So grateful for you guys!

I recently worked with Matt at Berner and I couldn't recommend him anymore. I called Berner to get a second opinion after being told by another company I needed costly repairs. I disclosed the cost and repairs from the other company and Matt had a complete opportunity to rip me off. Instead he did his own diagnostic and couldn't find any of the problems the other company suggested. He walked me through where the leaks were supposed to be and proceeded to identify the real problem with was thousands less. Thanks for the honesty and willingness to work!

I have been a customer of Berner for many years and in the past I have received excellent service for my air conditioning units. However, my most recent experience was not satisfactory.

My central AC stopped cooling. Berner told me I needed a part which was not available locally but which could be ordered to be received in 5-7 days. I was informed FeEx shipping (for which I offered to pay) was not available. The price quoted was $796 which I was told was a "package" and could not be broken down into parts and labor. Because of my long relationship with the company and my desire to get AC running as soon as possible I agreed to order the part.

After 6 days I called to inquire about the status of the order. I was told the part was on a truck en route to the local distributor and could it not be tracked. I phoned the next day and learned that the part had not arrived and the only person at the distributor who could track the truck was out sick. I asked to be informed the following day about the status of the part. I heard nothing from Berner and advised I would no longer require their services. The only response I received was a bill for a $69.55 restocking fee.

I called another service contractor who repaired the system within 1 1/2 hours at a cost of less than $200.
