Was referred by a friend. Very friendly on the phone, she said she'd have someone at my home in 5 minutes, and like Dominos, she delivered! The technician was very courteous and friendly, diagnosed the problem by simply listening to what the symptoms were, and completed the repair in less than 5 minutes. Also checked my freon levels and diagnosed a problem that I was sure to have in the future. Also input my unit info into the system for any future service calls. I will not use anyone else for my heat and a.c. needs. Thanks Berner!

The BEST. First, I called at 8:05 AM and had a technician at my door less than three hours later. The technician, J. Pichaud, was thorough, efficient, and took the time not only to explain everything to me in detail (a 72-yr-old grandmother), but he took a photo with his phone to SHOW me one of the problems. I got the name of this company through a friend, and I see why I'm so pleased. Satisfy my good friends, you'll probably satisfy me.

So, two for two. My second AC unit went out and again I had same day service from Matt, a thoroughly delightful technician. He was so apologetic when he gave me the bad news I need a replacement, I laughed. I simply will not use anybody else. I'm sold.

My AC stopped working on a Thursday. Friday the technician came out and within minutes Art had my system running again. On Saturday, a different issue happened and again Art was efficient in fixing my issues in no time. It was reassuring to have a company be so responsive and with such professional technicians.

These people are a Godsend!! My AC went out last night and Tom Berner called me around 9pm. Art showed up around 1:30pm the next afternoon after giving me a heads up call. Had my unit fixed in an hour!! Thank you so much Berner!!! Not all superheroes wear capes!!

We had a winter checkup of our heat pump, and the technician found that it needed a capacitor replaced. He did that and the checkup. He was efficient and courteous. We would highly recommend Berner for heating and air conditioning work.

My first experience with Berner A/C and Heating was in June 2011 when they replaced one of our two residential central AC systems. Since that time they have serviced and maintained our entire HVAC system. They are professional, courteous, very pleasant to work with and their prices are very reasonable. After 43 years of homeownership and numerous HVAC contractors, without a doubt I would have to say Berner is the absolute best!

I live in Lafayette but have a condo in Mandeville. After waiting on two other companies to call or show-up I called Berner AC. They were quick, reliable, extremely knowledgeable, and prompt. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Berner was able to get a technician out to us much faster than we had anticipated. Once at our house, the technician diagnosed our problem - a blown fuse - and repaired the unit. But he didn't just fix the problem he thought " why did that fuse blow?" and he discovered that the company who installed the unit used a disconnect with amperage that was too low, which meant that the fuse would possibly blow again. He then fixed the REAL problem also! We will continue to use Berner for all our HVAC needs.
