These guys are so professional and honest. I was getting quotes for my ac that went out this week and the first guy (won't name names) quoted me almost $6,000 and this is without the duct work that needed to be done. They didn't even mention it. Then, Chris came and was on the ball, quoted me more than half the price with a warranty and with duct work as well. I would definitely recommend. Chris is such a pleasure. :)

Chris answered the phone promptly, showed up when he said he would, and fixed the problem. In addition to being a nice guy, he went out of his way to find a connector for me to fix another issue, and installed the connector as a bit of lagniappe on another day. Highly recommend.

Rajun Air is hard to beat all around. Competitive prices, experienced employees, and very trustworthy when it comes to handling precious cargo like you AC, which keeps you comfortable year round. When your AC goes out, you want someone that is prompt and will get to you in a timely manner like you matter, that’s what they do! If you’re looking for anything to do with your AC, stop right now, this is the company for you. I couldn’t ask for better in an AC company!!!

Unfortunately my a/c went out on a Sunday morning. They do make weekend calls, but my apartment management wouldn't pay for a Sunday call. The temp inside my apt was 100 degrees. The young man was out on Monday afternoon to fix it and went to another unit to repair theirs, telling me he'd be back over to talk to me. He never returned. (Oops , it was after 5pm)I would have liked to speak to him to find out what the problem was.

My unit suddenly stopped working and I thought I would suffer in the heat for the day, but Ragin Air responded quite quickly and a technician came to the rescue within the hour!
I wasn't prepared for the sudden expense either but luckily Ragin Air offered extremely reasonable prices. Thanks Chris!
