Ragin Air is the best HVAC company in the area. When in need they are very responsive, and get the job done for the best price around. When it comes to service, Chris is amazing he is quick, thorough and efficient and really takes the time to listen to all your concerns and explain anything so you can understand. I would recommend Ragin Air to anyone for you ac needs. They can do it all!!

Chris, Dakota and Peyton were amazing to work with. I just really feel the need to brag on them. We have used Ragin' Air, LLC as our go to for about two years and have worked hand in hand with everyone there. The first time they ever came out, I thought wow that was fast and he was so professional. Chris was so nice. He came out again this summer and listened to my concerns and talked through all of my worries with my units. Like wow usually repair men are in and out with little communication. Not Chris and the team. The past three days Peyton has been here and he has blown me away as well and really spent time getting to the root of the problem. He was so friendly with my kids, husband and I. After he left my husband even had to brag on him. Dakota is so awesome too. She's always so friendly and caring. I can't thank and sing their praises enough. I am so thankful for this crew! Thank yall for being so wonderful!

I found a dime size drip of water on the floor of a bedroom, and called Chris at Ragin Air immediately. There are too many stories in Louisiana about some unfortunate who ignored a tiny leak only to have drywall turn to pudding sprinkled with black mold. Chris did a thorough check, and in the kindest way, identified me as a nervous nelly. The drops were from condensation due to constant rain and heat. I am immensely grateful for Chris’s intelligence and professionalism. Much like when you find a talented, honest mechanic, I can now say with confidence, “Oh, your air conditioner is broken? Hold on…I have a guy.”

Ragin’ Air is fantastic ! Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Chris by far offered the best price with the best warranty ! They came out on a Saturday and got everything set up in under 2 hours, which was wonderful considering my unit had been hit by a truck and destroyed. Highly Impressed with everyone I have had the pleasure to speak to and deal with that works for this company. These are your guys if you want prompt , efficient, and honest service.

Our experience with Ragin Air was awesome- service was prompt, and efficient! It is never fun when you need a new AC unit but Chris made it pleasant and "sweat free"! He explained the difference with how the new systems work and we felt confident that the product was as great as the service. We highly recommend him for all of your Heating/cooling needs. I called Ragin’ Air solely based on their reviews—and I am so glad I did! On a Sunday, at 4:30 in the afternoon, our AC unit wasn’t cooling as it should. Tyler was here within 30 minutes working on the problem. Extremely professional with very reasonable rates! This company earned 5 stars!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Stay away from Ragin Air! When I first used them about 2 years ago I had great service but that has gone downhill. I called first thing in the morning to get someone to come out and check my unit that was not cooling and I was told that I someone would be able to come out that day. I was supposed to get a call when they were on their way. No one called me. I tried calling several times in the afternoon and no one would answer. I finally received a text around 5:30 saying they would not be able to come to my house until 2 days later. I had to call another company and pay the after hours fee. I totally understand if you are busy or running behind. They should have at least let me know earlier in the day that they would not be able to make it to my house. That is just a bad way to do business.

Really can't say enough nice things about our experience with Ragin Air. Prompt service, competitive pricing, knowledgable staff, and great customer service. It was clear throughout the process that they take pride in their work and are looking out for their customers. Chris noticed some rather unsafe things while installing our new unit & took care of them for us at no additional cost. If you're looking for quality work from an honest company at a fair price, give them a call!
