Hunter was so professional, and gave such great advice. A different company I went through gave me a very different experience leaving me skeptical and nervous about looking for a new AC business. Chapman’s was recommended to me by almost all of Vermilion parish, and they didn’t disappoint! We will now use them for all of our AC repair needs. Thank you so much!

They did stand behind the previous repair. The motor or capacitor went bad and they sent someone to promptly change it under warranty.

They seemed on par price wise with companies we previously used. The tech was polite. The tech had to return after the repair because the shroud and wires for our new fan motor fell into the blades about 20 minutes after he left. Luckily we were home to hear the noise when it happened and prevent any damage. Because the shroud/conduit was damaged, the fan motor wires are just zip tied to the grill which im not overly thrilled about.

Warranty work great high dollar job cost twice what technician quoted plus burnt AC pad due to not putting anything between pad and coil while soldering in copper lines I would like owner to replace pad that was damaged
