We were very surprised that they came very late at night for our a/c problem. Zane, the technician who serviced us was very knowledgeable and very courteous. We were very pleased with his work and the timely manner he fixed our unit. We would highly recommend Chapman's A/C & Heating.

Rapid response, courtesy and very respectful young men who work for Seth. Everyone was very knowledgeable from the maintenance men to the ladies in the office. Not often do you see the owner of the sizable company arrive at the work site and grab tools to assist his employees. Great business and painless experience.

Hunter was very professional and got us back up and running quickly. Thank you for the quick response, especially on a holiday afternoon! You guys are great!

Zane came out after hours and fixed my A/C very promptly. In under an hour he diagnosed the issue, cleaned inside coils, unclogged the drain pipe, replaced the capacitor and recharged the system back to cooling! Great customer communication from Zane and direct to the issue at hand. Very knowledgeable and professional!

Patrick was professional and thorough with both of my units. He explained what needed to be replaced, we approved and work was completed timely. Maintenance plan for both units has been a great investment!

01-25-23 Thanks to Trey for coming out on a Saturday night to sort out an issue today from yesterday’s service at no charge. He came straight away, found the issue and corrected it. Very professional and courteous.

Wish I had called these guys years ago! I've had our AC services done by another well known company for the last 3 years, and while the first year was all good...the service was not ideal after that. When our unit wasn't cooling as it should this year, I decided to call for a second opinion. When I called, the lady that answered was beyond polite and friendly, and had a conversation with me about why I was calling. The day of service I received several notifications about my appointment, even down to the "I'm on my way"! Once ZAIN arrived, he was apologetic for being a few minutes past his due time, and was extremely polite and professional. Zain went above and beyond to help repair our unit and get us cool again just in time for the summer heat. He went out of his was to explain everything he was doing and what he found, even if I didn't ask. This is next level service that I did not expect after my last service with the "other" company. Keep up the excellent service! This is how you win customers!

Mr. Travis reached out very quickly and got out to my home within 30 minutes on a Saturday.
I was not home but he communicated with me thoroughly and helped me understand what went bad in my ac unit. Fixed it in about 25 mins and everything was smooth sailing from there!

Very impressed with Chapman’s A/C & Heating!! Got home on a Sunday to an 85 degree house. Called Chapman’s and Hunter arrived in 30 minutes and within another 30 minutes, he had the part replaced and my A/C cooling again. Thank you again for the quick response and A+ service!!

Your workers showed up at 8am and stayed in the heat outside and in the attic until the job was finished at 9pm. Even at 9pm they came into the house and explained everything they had done for the job. They rocked it!!!
