Superior Aire Inc

I've been using Superior Aire for 6 years now on my triplex and personal home. I've always had good luck with them. They typically come out either the same day or if really busy two days. The female technician Des is always super polite and quick with her work. Denise always calls me back quickly to schedule if she isn't in and all employees I've dealt with seem very honest and sincere. I can't say anything bad about this company and recommend them to our friends.

Company came recommend by another family member. We had them install two new units. We were given quotes and the quotes varied from what we were charged, even though the work was listed exactly on the quote and done exactly to that spec. When we questioned this, our questions were ignored. Also, we were oversold on tonnage for our home, we pointed out multiple times major humidity problems and were looking for professional advice; even discussed this with the owner per his recommendation. Instead we were sold two oversized base unit models (contractor grade) at a premium price. Absolutely will never use them again nor refer them to anyone again. We are basically having to scrap TWO brand new units and start over as our humidity issues have become worse since the improper HAVAC units were installed. This has been independently verified by three other companies all stating the exact same thing.

I've loved the technician, Des, who works with Superior Aire, but I have never received worst service from a company in my entire life (I've actually never written a review on google but had to for this). I called for an annual maintenance appointment and was told that the scheduler was out and would call me back. I called a week later and again, they said that the scheduler had stepped out for lunch. Three weeks later I was able to schedule my appointment. Then, the servicer didn't show up for the appointment slot. I called them and, again, the scheduler was out. I am definitely taking my service elsewhere after spending a month and many phone calls trying to schedule a simple maintenance appointment.

We have used this company for 5 years on 2 properties. They are available, fix the problem the first time, they are honest. Like a good mechanic on an old car, they will tell you what you can wait to fix and what has to be done, they don't oversell.
