Very responsive!! 9 months pregnant and needed someone to come out as quickly as possible. Chandler was great, friendly, and informative. We will definitely start using LaVie’s for our annual service.

Techs arrived promptly for scheduled appointment. Both men were polite and professional. This was a preventative maintenance appointment, so I can only assume the service was performed in a manner that will help prevent any issues during the summer months. They replaced a couple of contactors which were an unexpected cost. Techs indicated they tested "out of range" although the units were working, so I had them replaced. Also explained the units made a loud noise when kicking on, however they only speculated as to the reason for that.

Chandler texted me to confirm appt and called me when close. Gave me options for repairs and did an inspection of my AC unit. Great customer service! Please take care of my door!!!!

My husband said he checked everything and cleaned the inside unit and the outside unit and added a little Freon as needed and put tablets in the pan to break down any algae in the drain tube. My husband said he stayed for about an hour and he thought he did a good job checking everything out.

Shawn was great. Fixed my problem in under 2 hours and works great. I will be calling them again if I have another issue.

We needed a new yearly contract with a new AC company and also wanted to get the Reme Halo in-duct air purifier installed. David LaVie's Air Conditioning was recommended to us. I was very pleased with the professionalism of the customer service lady when I called. The technician was able to come out on the date and time I needed. He showed up on time and he was also very professional and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

They installed my brother's new AC system in Mandeville. When my AC went out the other day, I asked my brother who he used and he gave me David's company. My brother told me how impressed he was with their response time and price and he was right. Ridiculously fast response time to my initial inquiry via email to their business. Emailed them around 8pm when my AC went out and they responded within 5 minutes via email. They had someone at my house the next afternoon and had me back up and running within 30 minutes. Completely cleaned my outside unit. Sean was very professional and courteous. Extremely affordable. Would not hesitate to recommend them.
