We had issues of cooling and heating our master bedroom. Mark did an assessment and Justin, Mike, and Mark replaced our old duct work that they could get to. We have a 47 year old two-story house. The master bedroom is now cool or heated. We can actually feel air blowing out the registers. Thanks to all!!!!

Ward Mechanical Contractors gave us excellent, professional service! We were concerned about air-conditioning work being done in our home, especially since we are elderly, with health issues. They assured us that they would use PPE and perform the extra disinfecting of materials that we requested, and they made good on their promise. When entering our home, they wore a mask, gloves, and boot covers. Compared to other companies who have done work in our home, the Ward team took into consideration improvement of our system through ductwork replacement. In short, they did an awesome job! A big "Thank You" to everyone involved!

Adam came out and arrived on time, he quickly diagnosed the problem with a blower motor and I got the problem fixed. Adam was very professional and very easy to work with.
