I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE CALL BECAUSE WE ARE BEING CHARGED FOR A SERVICE THAT WE DID NOT ASK FOR NOR RECEIVE WHAT WE WANTED. WE WANTED OUR AC DRAIN BLOWN WHICH THEY, JOE AND CORY "DID NOT DO". The PRICE WENT UP TO ALMOST $400.00... SO I ASKED THEM TO LEAVE. I TRIED TO PAY THEM THE $189.00 FOR COMING OUT AND JOE WOULD NOT TAKE THE CHECK BECAUSE WE COULD NOT SEE WHAT HE WANTED MY HUSBSND TO SIGN. I TOLD HIM WE WOULD GO TO THE OFFICE AND PAY THE $189.00 FOR THEM JUST COMING OUT..THEN THE TRUCK WAS PARKED AT OUR ADDRESS FOR ABOUT 15 MINUTES OR MORE LONGER WITH THEM ON THEIR CELL PHONES AFTER THEY WERE ASKED TO LEAVE. I WILL NEVER USE THE DREAM TEAM SERVICE AGAIN...
Chris was our technician and was very efficient and professional. He quickly figured out the problem and had the parts ordered and made the repair the next day. Dream Team has always been amazing when they come out!
Today my tecnicians were DION and JARED. I was emailed the day prior for a reminder, called the morning of given a window for the service. The team was on time, introduced themselves and overview of the service call.
I oriented them to my home and location of equipment and they completed the service with little interaction that i am a huge fan of while working from home.
They completed the call and gave me details of my system status with pictures to review. Suggested servicengoing forward and were not pushy or overly agressive. I normally dont respond well to pressure sales. I will continue to use Dream team.

Initial 6 month inspection after install.... appointment was set for 10am/3jan2023 ..verified appointment. with email and text... service tech finally arrived several hours after orginal scheluded time...Would have been helpful to be notified service tech was running late...... upon arrival service tech was pleasant / and quickly went to work / while working taking photos of equipment and status of equipment / then explaining photos. Found service tech to be friendly / knowledgeable / and thourough .. HVAC system seemed to be within normal operating ranges. .
Very responsive, courteous and professional service call which turned into a system upgrade consultation. Both the technician and the consultant were so approachable and knowledgeable.I have total confidence in the decision to replace my system and look forward to a long lasting relationship with The Dream Team for the life of the system.
5/27/22: I would like to include the installation crew in my review. Jonathan and Jonathan did an amazing job. They worked very quietly and efficiently and had an impressive work ethic.

11/11/22: I had my first maintenance appointment today after the installation of my unit 6 months ago. Again, I cannot say enough good things about the professional work ethic and courteous employees of The Dream Team. Joseph Washington came out today (with a helper and I’m terrible with names). They were on time and worked quietly and efficiently. Thrilled with my new AC and the service I have received thus far from the customer service scheduling the appt to the on-site work.. The added benefit of allergy relief with new duct work is the icing on the cake!
We had a whole new HVAC system put in 6 months ago. When we had below freezing days and we went to turn on the auxiliary heat it didn’t work. Took a couple days to get someone out and then they discovered it was not installed when they put the new system in. A little disappointed that this happened. We were using electric heaters to stay warm. Didn’t even get an apology.
The technician was very thorough and answered all of my questions. He even documented each phase of the maintenance visit with photos for reference purposes.
