Darren was AWESOME. Took his time to explain everything to me and answer many questions, even went so far as to take pictures inside my duct work so I could understand!! Always happy with our service from River City One Hour Air!

House was struck by lightning and main A/C was dead. Cody was at my house within a few hours, diagnosed the issue, made the repair, inspected both units, cleaned everything, and left us with a fully functioning system. Great professional service and very knowledgeable technician.

Cole was super professional and explained exactly what needed to be done. He broke down the pricing for everything and fixed it in a timely manner so we were able to have cool air in our house. 10/10 recommend

Technician very professional. Recommend cleaning coils to improve efficiency of unit and prevent mechanical failure, which I agreed to. Fair price, plus he helped me treat drain system with vinegar to prevent algae blockage of drain pan.

The only thing that wasn’t completely satisfactory was the cleaning of the attic after the work was completed. Although they performed the task exceptionally well and were very professional and knowledgeable about their skills, supplying them with some type of vacuum to clean up after themselves would put them over the top.

John was exceptional . He checked everything that could be wrong. It was the control panel , he went pick up a new one and installed it. Thank God for the Great job he did.

My air went out late Sunday night. I called early Monday morning for an appointment I was told that they had an opening for Tuesday afternoon but someone may be able to get to me on Monday if a time slot is available. 30 minutes later I got a call saying someone could be to me by 6p.m. that day, then I received another call saying that the time moved up to 4, the final call I received said that Jacob was on his way. Jacob came and in less then an hour my air was back working. Jacob explained very thoroughly on why my air stop working I even signed up for the membership that they offer.

They were very prompt and courteous in assisting me. The service guy Cole was very knowledgeable, professional and polite. Thanks for helping us! Definitely would highly recommend!

Quick service: a tech was out to our house almost an hour after we had put in an appointment request. Cody was quick, throughly explained our options and WHY they were recommended, and did not pressure us into any decisions. Thank you Cody!
