Great job! System was replaced; I was given plenty of options and his dedication to customer needs was his main concern. I always felt the original unit was inadequate, and he did a thorough check of what we had experienced before, and what we expected. His question to us was always "are you satisfied?" Professional experience throughout the entire process; would recommend to any and all.

I had Central Works repair my one of my AC units and a week later the other one decided to stop working (no ones fault just old machines) called and Thomas had it arranged and fixed within the same day. If you need HVAC work I highly recommend them.

Thomas and his crew provides excellent customer service. They get straight to the point and will not try to up-sell you on unnecessary charges. The rate is either cheaper or at least comparable to current rates. I recommend them to any and everyone!

At my house, I constantly felt like my room was a lot warmer than my sisters, but we never thought of it as anything other than "oh the other room just happens to be cooler." After many years of just waiting it out, we called Thomas to see if there might be a way to change the AC flow since my sister moved out. After a quick diagnostic, Thomas determined the problem was that my duct? was too small and explained to use it would be a relatively simple fix. He quickly got the parts within the hour and came back to install them! My room has never been cooler and he was very professional and honest. I'd definitely recommend if you're having similar issues!
