This company went above and beyond the scope of work that I originally hired them to do. They actually fixed a faulty installation by a previous company. Which was causing some pretty serious problems in my home. They completely sealed the unit and had to lift it so that there was adequate return air. They changed all my duct work. And the price was very fare considering the time and scope of work. This was a in 2020
I called the office before opening this past Monday (June 27)with an issue of my unit not cooling. By 9am I had a text with an appointment for the same Monday between 12-2pm
They replaced the broken part and cleaned the outside unit.

Amazing, these guys take the upmost pride in doing a fantastic, professional job.
And charging a fair price.

Thomas came out as promised and installed a soft start starter on my 5 Ton Air Conditioner. Machine works great . Thomas came and installed the starter after I had two others that could not install the unit. I will use Thomas and Central Works for all of my AC needs in the future.

My capacitor died and I called the company in the evening. I was scheduled for the following afternoon. There was delay because it rained, followed by a lapse in communication. However, after I asked if the technician could come to my home because the rain stopped, he was sent to my home. Johnny arrived, introduced himself, worked quickly and efficiently. He confirmed the capacitor was the issue, and had the part on his van. He also informed me the incorrect size was in the unit and he replaced it with the correct size and confirmed the part is under warranty, which the company is submitting to Carrier.
I would recommend this company.

Central Works is by far the best HVAC company we have ever used. They are not pushy, they’re not always out to make a sale every time they enter your house, they work until the job is done and don’t leave you hanging.

Thomas did an amazing job working on my air conditioner, came out the same day I called and had it up and cooling again very quickly, and had VERY reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend him to anybody, very timely, polite and knowledgeable.

Can we clone Thomas Dang? He was honest, thorough, patient, and timely. He recommended what was best for the customer and situation as if he was spending his money. I was experiencing a intermitting problem with my A/C, which required several trips to locate the problem. However the repairman worked with diligence to locate the problem. Very satisfied with the effort applied to repairing my A/C.

Thomas was great! He was able to come right away when I had a problem with my A/C. He explained what he was doing and why. He called to make sure everything was ok the next day. Very trustworthy! I’ve already recommended his business to friends and family.

Thomas was awesome. He is very knowledgeable and a friendly person. My company first called Accutemp to come look at our HVAC. They said the compressor was bad and it would cost $2000. We got a second opinion from central works and they fixed the issue without replacing the compressor. We saved hundreds of dollars. I highly recommend these guys.

I have had my HVAC system installed by Central Works and they were very professional. They really listened to what I was looking to do and worked with me so I only paid for what was needed. They didn’t push me to get products I didn’t need.
Since the installation they have been very responsive to any question/concerns that have come up. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family.
