A & I Heating & Air Conditioning

I am a business owner myself and it puzzles me how this business is actually still in business. Warning, stay away and do not use at all. Jr and Ms Kay lie, will not return calls, did not complete job and left me to hire someone else to do it the correct way. 01/15/18 they have caused a 250k project to be held up because of their lack of knowledge and skill. I'm not one to rant but I have never been treated so poorly in my life. DO NOT USE THEM, AT ALL.

When I called the old guy wanted to arguee with me about giving wrong number which never happened they were supposed to call before arrival wich didn't Happen. The older gentlemen was just plan rude. I would have given one star to poor customer service but they did come out a day early

Had a rough start...but now all is good...thxs to ms kaye....helped me out alot...thank you ms kaye. ..for everything....on air n heat units

Says they are open 24 hours. Clearly not the case. Nobody answered the phone or called me back.

Never had a problem with this company. Always had good service and results.
