I highly Watson Heating and Cooling. I received a response in a timely manner after requesting information from their website. They were able to get a technician (Dustin) to come out the very next day. Dustin quickly found the problem and got me a quote together. He was able to get everything he needed to install a new system the very next day. Knowing I had a decent drive to get to my father's home, he called with plenty of advance notice so I could get there on time. Everyone I spoke to were professional, friendly and made me feel comfortable that I selected the right company for the job.

We were extremely satisfied with Watson Heating & Air's professionalism and for being so punctual and not stopping until the job was done especially since they came out and worked until almost 9pm at night. Tyler P was our technician and was extremely knowledgeable with making the right fix to get our air conditioner working again. a few weeks back during a cold spell we went to turn on our gas furnace and realized it wasn't working, I went up into the attic to look at it and decided to reach out and have someone come out and look at it, later that night I was on Facebook and I seen a ad for Watson Heating & Air. I looked them up and decided to give them a call. I will say that both my A/C and my Heat unit is very old. So I called them to set up a service call and possibly look at replacing my old units. This was this past Monday 11/7/22 and this morning a service tech shows up, he was very nice and professional introduced himself as Dustin, after a shot talk he went up into my attic and started looking at my unit ran some test and had my heat back on within 5 to 10 minutes, he stuck around for about another 20 mins or so to make sure everything was fine with it and then wrote me out a quote for a new unit, I look forward to working with them in the future, If you live in the Central Kentucky area and have any issues with you heating or air, I would give Watson Heating & Air a call first.

Watsons haS GREAT SERVICE. Called on a Sunday and they called me back very fast. They offered ro send someone that day but I elected to wait till Monday. Showed up and fixed the problem very fast and affordable.

Highly highly recommend Watson Heating and Air! After contacting 3 different companies in the area to have our HVAC serviced and having a negative experience with them either not showing up, not contacting us at all, or displaying unprofessionalism, we contacted Watson Heating and Air-they came out the same day we made the call. They gave us an appointment time which they stuck to; we also received a call from both the technician and the office manager notifying us that they were enroute to our home 20 minutes prior to our appointment time. Dustin came out and conducted a very thorough service call, rewired our thermostat and made us a list of parts we needed to fix the issue. He even took the time to explain to me in lamens terms what was going on with our system and called my husband for a recap of the visit. I truly appreciate the quality of service and customer care that we received today.
