I can't say enough good things. My furnace stopped heating during the coldest day of the year. I called so many places and they were the only ones to pick up. Despite how busy they were, they drove all the way to lexington and then to London and then back to my house in richmond for a part that mh system needed. In total it took 7ish hours to get it fixed and I could not thank them enough. I will 100% be using them to replace my system as a whole. They were so kind and determined to get heat for me my husband and our animals. We appreciate you guys so so very much.

Watson Heating & Air was great to work with. They were very prompt, knowledgable and respectful. They diagnosed the issue, ordered the part that was needed, and notified me of when they would return to install the new part. They were on time and fixed my issue. Couldn't have ask for better service!
