I cannot say enough great things about Affordable Service Solutions. Our AC went out and we had a 2 week old newborn at home. After calling multiple companies and explaining my situation, everyone told me it would be at least 3 days before they could get someone out. , I called Affordable and spoke to a woman that said give me a few minutes. Within a few hours, a serviceman showed up and got to work. While speaking with him and expressing my extreme gratitude, I found out that his name was Brian and he was in fact the owner of the business. It was late in the day. He had to drive to Lexington to get parts, but ensured me he would get us fixed and that he did. It says a lot about a business when the owner rolls up their sleeves on busy days to help their employees. We have had to call on Brian again, and he was here after hours! Wonderful business with quality management. They will have our business as long as we are in Richmond!

Josh has helped me in several occasions and been extremely professional. He is prompt and efficient. We don’t use anyone else.

Great service all around from Brian Caudill and his team. When I requested a quote for a replacement of my existing system Brian was quick to respond and provide. He was on top of questions and quick to get installation scheduled. Brandon Stewart and the installation team were friendly and professional. Everything was installed quickly and they did a great job cleaning up afterward - I didn't have to pick up a scrap! Brian came by the next day to check the work and make sure I was happy. I am! Highly recommended.

Brian and the Affordable Service Solutions team are great. They replaced our failed HVAC system several years ago. The failed system that Brian replaced was provided by a company that is now out of business. The new system from Affordable Service Solutions has performed well for years now, much better than the previous one. Though we also had a number of issues with our ducts and vents in the crawl space (installed by the previous company), our budget would not allow us to address the issues when Affordable replaced our HVAC system. So we waited. Now, several years later, Brian's team redesigned and replaced all the ductwork. The team, led by Brandon, did an excellent job! And Brandon ensured the work was done right. Brian, Brandon, and their team take pride in their service and the quality of their work. They genuinely care. Their service and the results of their work speak for themselves. They are friendly, professional, affordable, and trustworthy. I highly recommend their service.

We had just bought a home outside of Richmond. The house had no heating and air for about 20 years or more. Brian came out and gave us an estimate on HAV. Everyone we worded with was professional and every courteous. They ended up having to pull out some ductwork and replaying it. All was done in good time and what we knew it would cost.
