Wouldnt be even one star if i could do that. Have them come out and look at a rental house and was told the AC unit was bad needed a new one they took the capacitor out of the unit. Called someone else to look at it they put a new capacitor in it and that was the problem all they wanted to do was sell a new unit make more money.
