I’ve had my unit since July 2010. It was serviced yesterday and as usual the technician was very prompt and professional. He checked the unit out and took care of a few minor issues at a very reasonable price. The office staff was also very professional and friendly when I called to set up the appointment. I highly recommend Air-Temp.

Air Temp installed a new Comfort maker 2.5 ton heat pump in April of 2012 and its been working like a champ...until today a Friday in Late January 2019. The blower motor went out and the temperature outside is in the low 20s. I called them up and although they were extremely busy said they would get someone over ASAP. Turns out the Blower Motor took a dump. The tech stated its under warranty but they did not have one in stock. Be Tuesday before the parts guy stated he would be able to get one. Not deterred, the tech asked the Parts dept. if they had a unit they could take one out to get me through the time needed. The tech came back with a new motor taken out of a new still in the box unit.
This company is pure professionals, from the dispatcher down to the very knowledgeable Technicians, they came through when we needed them the most. Buy local and get excellent service!!!!!! I would not have anyone else service my unit.

Absolutely the best in town. Wayne and his crew installed my 16 seer 2.5 ton split ac / 96% efficient natural gas unit this week. His guys were courteous, clean, efficient, knowledgeable and professional. They all worked together like clockwork and had a good time too. Wayne's prices were also several thousand less than 2 other quotes I received. He's a man of his word and I'd recommend their work and company to anyone.

Called Air Temp at 8:00pm on the 4th of July due to us having a newborn baby with no AC. Dustin from Air Temp came out immediately on this holiday evening and fixed our HVAC issue. Fantastic company! I had done some investigating on my own to include an estimate from Bryant. Air Temp of Radcliff was our best choice. Bryant’s estimate was so overpriced, when I asked them for something in writing, they never sent the email.

Not only is this an honest company but they are prompt. After an estimate and a contract were drawn up and signed, I was contacted three days early to do a full HVAC replacement. Could not be more pleased with the professional kindness and curtousy of this company!
