My experience with Comfort Master was excellent from the beginning! An appt. was scheduled, and Butch Mellott arrived and was professional, considerate and explained to me what needed to be done. The two gentlemen that relocated the duct work in the crawl space, Doug and Jarrod, were very professional and considerate. The temperature was close to 90 degrees, and since it took 2 days to complete the job, they connected as much duct work as possible to keep my home as cool as possible. It is so reassuring to know you have a company like Comfort Master to take care of present and future needs.

My air handler blower motor went out on a hot June day with relatives in from Canada, needless to say it was very unpleasant for them especially. I immediately sought out repair options only to find out that my furnace was much older than I thought (1993), deciding to replace both my central AC and gas furnace, I was not happy with the estimate offered by company 1. I called Comfort Master and the owner himself showed up within a couple hours, his quote was excellent and we hand shook on a complete replacement. The next day a young lady from Comfort Master called and said that they were coming out to install a used motor, AT NO CHARGE($150 refundable upon install of new systems) so that I would have AC till they could come and replace my systems. They set a date and time and they were there. Couldn’t be happier with the new systems and the professional employees that installed them, a nice clean install. I highly recommended Comfort Masters and will pass my positive experience on to others.

We needed a new heat pump. Everything was very smooth with the company from the initial estimate to the final install. Got the new one put in today, Alex and Matt were very nice and did good work. Very efficient install (took them about 5 hours). Also arrived on time which is a huge thing for me. Would definitely recommend!!

I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with Comfort Masters. They responded to my call very quickly, gave me the information I needed to make my decision about repair vs. replacement, and gave me a more reasonable quote than I had received from another company.
The installation techs were prompt, polite, efficient and knowledgeable. I was also having a deck built in the same area that the HVAC work needed to be done and everyone “played well together”.
This is a big-time company with a personal, small town feel. I will most definitely be calling them for my maintenance needs and recommending them to my family and friends. Bravo!

Called Comfort Master one morning and they had some out to my house the same day. Andrew Wiseman & Scott "Doug" Douglas worked for two days to get the units working the way they're supposed to. This has been a great group to work with!

Outstanding service! I thank Scott “Doug” Douglas and Andrew Wiseman for “saving my day” in regards to my central a/c unit. Doug was assigned to do preventive maintenance on my a/c unit on Thursday, June 17th. He came to my home at the appointed time and went about his duties. After performing his checks he advised me that I could have a compressor going bad but he wanted to get a second opinion from another technician. Andrew Wiseman stopped by and diagnosed the problem as being a bad capacitor so a new one was installed and the problem fixed. I appreciate a job well done by Doug and Andrew and give them “two thumbs up” 👍👍. Thanks guys!

Comfortmaster has been servicing my Hvac since I bought my house 2 yrs ago. The staff is always polite, friendly and punctual! I would recommend them to anyone needing a yearly service agreement or change out. They stand behind there work. Keep up the great work! Customer for life!

I have had great service from ComfortMaster for many years. The installation of my heating and air conditioning system went very smoothly and works exactly like it’s supposed to. Everything was left neat and clean. Bryen and Doug did a wonderful job and my dog loved them.
