I had a couple of vents that needed to be redone. The young men that came to do the job were respectful, polite and worked quickly. It was a messy job, drywall cutting involved, but they laid down material over the carpet and cleaned up very nicely when the job was complete. Thanks so much for teaching your employees politeness and work ethic. It was truly refreshing!

ComfortMaster uses excellent techs who are courteous and very clear in explaining what needs to be done, whether it is a repair or installation of a new system. So what do you do when you are out of town and your cat sitter phones on a very cold Sunday evening (6pm) to let you know that there is no heat? Answer is easy ..... call Comfort Master HVAC! Within no time they were at the house to figure out the problem. Bad news is they didn't have the needed part on the truck BUT they were back the next day to get the system up and running. They communicated with me throughout this process so that I knew what was happening. By time we returned to Lexington the house was comfy again. A big shout out is due to Butch and his amazing crew!

We have been customers of ComfortMasters Heating and Air since we moved into our home in Nicholasville, KY in April of 1996. The service and professionalism has been there from day one. Four years ago, we had a near by lighting strike that fried our A/C unit. The owner cam out assessed and made recommendation about the new unit as well based on age the furnace. Both were replace by matched units, energy efficient and after tracking utility costs, our dollars spent are about 40% less. ConfortMaster stands strong behind their commitment.
