Very nice people and family owned. Was very helpful when our AC quit in the middle of covid summer. They Valeo have me a second opinion on a cracked heating coil and found nothing wrong with, the first company obviously was trying to make extra money.

Not a happy camper - Called and talked to the owner and told him my air was out. He sent his son over to look at my AC. I thought great this is responsive service. After that the commincation when to hell.

I was told by text by his son that the unit needed to be replaced (this was several hours after he was at the house and I had to ask what was going on) he said that the owner had the quote. Contacted the owner regarding quote and was told he "would have it for me". Called next day and left a message - that we were going out of town for the weekend, but would like to know what the quote was before we left. I then received a text from the owner that he would call me after 5 that night.
Crickets.... Never heard a word, not a peep.

Not a cool way to do business at the end of a hot summer.

They came out quickly, diagnosed the problem and explained everything thoroughly, including how to avoid the problem in the future. AC back cold quickly with no hassles or pressure for any unnecessary service or equipment. Will recommend to everyone I know.

Wise was great about responding quickly to my call about a furnace issue, and their prices are fair.
