The Frankfort Cemetery has used Cecil's Heating & Air on multiple occasions. We have always been pleased with their communication with us, attention to detail, and sensitivity to funerals in process. I highly recommend Josh and his crew.

Owner made appointment with me, stood me up, and failed to return messages left for him. Completely unprofessional. When I finally caught him in the office, he wouldn’t get on the phone with me. No apology, no offer to come over soon, nothing. Lazy, unprofessional bums.
